Joe Gregory

I'm currently a Company Sergeant Major in the British Army and have served for over 22 years. Throughout my career I have spent a lot of time deployed and for me, cooking over fire is a great way to catch up with family and friends. I also try to cook something a little different, try new flavours and use new cooking styles.

My Dish

For my entry I wanted to cook something that would traditionally be cooked in India that embraces the culture. I cooked the following authentic, fragrant and spicy dishes.
